The Second “Topsound Cup” Technical Training Meeting on Very Shallow Water Products was Successfully Held

     On March 14th, the 2nd “Topsound Cup” Technical Training Meeting on Extremely Shallow Water Operation Products was successfully held in Shanghai. This meeting gathered many experts and enterprise representatives to carry out in-depth exchanges on the difficulties, practical applications and future development direction in the field of very shallow water measurement, and put forward solutions, which injected new kinetic energy for promoting the progress of the industry.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr.  Muxue Liu, General Manager of Topsound, the organizer, delivered an opening speech, firstly expressing his heartfelt thanks to every expert and scholar who came to the scene. The conference aims to build a communication platform, integrate the wisdom of all parties and break through technical bottlenecks.

Mr. Yaolong Li, Deputy General Manager of Topsound, took “Introduction of Tongsheng Ocean and some key projects” as the theme and introduced in detail the development situation of the company, some of the key projects in the past and future planning. It opened up new ideas for the participants.

GeoAcoustics代表方Richard分享了GeoSwath的技术方案与案例。着重强调了Geoswath在极浅水作业过程中的大扫宽、高效率、AI自动化处理等功能。

同盛海洋工程师庄俊彦分享了无人船搭载双探头项目案例，此次选用无人船搭载2020双探头多波束，在2米到10米水深中进行了测试。最终证实无人船搭载双探头多波束可大大提高作业效率，节省野外数据采集时间并减少成本。在实际测量中，在2米-6米水深中，可达到8-12倍的覆盖，充分展示了无人船搭载双探头的测量优势。

会议期间，现场参会人员围绕水深问题，与工程师展开了深入的探讨，双方交流想法、交换意见，氛围热烈。
